Reports from Ugandan say that a charge of torture against an abusive nanny has been amended to attempted murder.
A security camera planted in the house shows the woman, Jolly
Tumuhirwe (22), slapping, kicking and hitting the baby and thereafter
stomping on the two-year old's spine.
Many Ugandans who have watched the video say they have been traumatised.
