The Premier Soccer League has confirmed that this weekend's Soweto Derby between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs has been postponed following the death of Pirates keeper Senzo Meyiwa.
The 27-year-old Meyiwa was shot and killed on Sunday in what is believed to have been a botched robbery at his girlfriend's house in Vosloorus.
The two clubs had written a letter to the PSL requesting that
Saturday's fixture be rescheduled, with the PSL on Monday announcing
that they had obliged.
